This was legit one of my favorite movies as a kid. And you best believe I will be watching it in the near future after seeing this gif.

(I always thought Max and Goofy were Black. And Roxanne or whatever her name was mixed. Yea I pretty much always subconsciously racialize cartoons.)

HA, I was just thinking about this last week- I’ve always mentally coded Max as black, Roxanne as white, and PJ as latino.  And of course Powerline is black, what with his rad hi-top fade and Tevin Campbell vocals.

Can’t be unseen.
No not really.  I always just went with how the voices sounded, y’know?  

But they’re, like… animal-people.
